Amber Mercer serves as President of the NAAIA Boston Chapter, bringing a decade of leadership, client advocacy, & strategic execution within the insurance industry. In her role at Marsh as an Assistant Vice President & Project Manager with Marsh IMPACT, she leads complex initiatives that strengthen client outcomes, operational excellence, & long-term risk strategy.
With deep experience advising high-net-worth individuals & families through Marsh Private Client Services, Amber has built a reputation for trusted counsel, attention to detail, & relationship-driven service. Her career began in personal lines account management & sales leadership, where she consistently exceeded goals while mentoring others in best practices.
As Chapter President, Amber is focused on elevating NAAIA Boston through meaningful member engagement, professional development, mentorship, & community-building, ensuring the chapter remains a powerful platform for connection, growth, & opportunity across the industry.
Marie Guerrier
Chapter Vice President
Marie Guerrier serves as Vice President of the NAAIA Boston Chapter, bringing more than a decade of leadership & client service excellence within the insurance & risk advisory space. As a Senior Vice President & Team Lead at Marsh McLennan, Marie guides high-performing teams while delivering strategic solutions to complex client needs across the Boston market.
Her career reflects steady advancement through key roles including Vice President Account Executive & Associate Client Manager, demonstrating deep expertise in relationship management, risk strategy, & operational execution at the highest level.
Marie holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bentley University & a Master of Science in Business Management from Eastern Nazarene College, grounding her leadership in strong business fundamentals.
